In June, IO Interactive studio continues to release updates for 007 First Light. Update 1.0.4 does not add new content, but is designed to fix various technical issues.
The installation process did not go smoothly — soon the developers announced a rollback of the game version, as the offline mode stopped working:
We have identified an issue in the recent 1.0.4 game update that unfortunately resulted in 007 First Light being unplayable in offline mode across all platforms. We have identified the source of this issue and have decided to roll back the update to implement a fix and then re-release it as soon as possible.
Update 1.0.4 includes optimization improvements and increased stability for 007 First Light. The developers fixed several bugs that caused crashes during cutscenes and gameplay; some achievements were also fixed.
Also fixed a "rare bug" that caused crashes due to insufficient memory on the Xbox Series S console. It could occur during long gaming sessions. On PS5 Pro, a bug was fixed that could cause the game to crash when upgrading gadgets in "TakSim".
