In June, developers returned to the PC version of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. Kojima Productions and Nixxes Software announced the release of update 1.9.

The developers stated that they updated NVIDIA Streamline SDK to version 2.11.1. VSync support for DLSS Frame Generation was added, and they also increased the maximum Multi-Frame Generation value for supported hardware.

The developers also reported that they fixed several critical errors and a graphics bug in the PC version of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach:

  • Fixed a bug that caused crashes. It could occur when using the music player.
  • Fixed an issue where cargo highlight animation could work incorrectly at high refresh rates.
  • Fixed an issue where "highlighted" tutorial elements could be displayed with an offset when using a resolution that did not match the display's aspect ratio in "exclusive full-screen mode."
  • Fixed graphical distortions of rocks when Upscale Quality was set to Ultra Performance.

The creators of the PC version of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach continue to monitor feedback and suggest reporting bugs to Nixxes Software support.
