PureArts Opens Pre-Orders for Full-Size Mephisto Art Mask from Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred

In 2027, collectors and fans of the Lord of Hatred expansion for Diablo IV will be able to get their hands on the head of the Lord of Hatred, as PureArts will release a Mephisto art mask. Two versions of this new product will be available: a full-size and a 1/2 scale.

Pure Arts has announced the Mephisto art mask, inspired by the Lord of Hatred expansion for the action RPG Diablo IV. Those wishing to pre-order this collectible item in 1/2 scale will have to pay 549 euros (46,022 rubles). The full-size version costs 2699 euros (226,257 rubles).

The sculptors managed to capture the nightmarish appearance of one of Sanctuary's three Prime Evils — from the grotesque skeletal features to the massive, twisted horns radiating pure corruption.

The mask, made of polyresin, is mounted on a gruesome sculptural base formed from a swirling mass of tormented bodies and flesh. It embodies the endless suffering and hatred that follow Mephisto wherever he appears.

Every texture and organic detail has been meticulously handcrafted to bring the horrors of the Diablo IV universe to life. The full-size version of the mask, equipped with LED-illuminated eyes, is approximately 90 cm high, 90 cm wide, 63 cm deep, and weighs 32 kg. It casts an ominous glow from the darkness, enhancing the overwhelming presence of the Lord of Hatred himself.

The 1/2 scale mask is 43 cm high, 48 cm wide, 17 cm deep, and weighs 5 kg. These new products are expected to be released in the second quarter of 2027.
