Recently, Towerhouse studio once again reminded about the Flight Level project. This is an air traffic controller simulator where players are offered to manage air traffic.
The project started in Steam Early Access several years ago, but soon updates stopped being released for it. The last update was released almost two years ago. In June 2026, the developers announced the termination of game support. Towerhouse transitioned from game development to professional software development and "simply does not have the resources to complete the project."
The developers clarified that "Flight Level will remain available in its current form" and they "will adjust the price accordingly."
Flight Level was developed by real air traffic controllers to "give everyone a chance to experience what this job is like." The user interface is designed in the spirit of those used by real specialists:
In the training campaign, we introduce players to the necessary skills and concepts for safe air traffic control in control and approach areas, as well as the principles of sector interaction.
