"Bombora" sent the book "Spider-Man. Web of Video Game Universes" for editing
The book "Spider-Man. Web of Video Game Universes" has already been translated and sent for editing, so readers in Russia should slowly prepare for a grand journey through the history of video games about the famous superhero from Marvel comics.
Back in December 2025, the "Bombora" publishing house announced that it intended to release the book "Una araña en la red del videojuego" by author José Antonio Luna in the future.
For a long time, the team did not share news about this project, but today additional details became known about the book, which in Russia was titled "Spider-Man. Web of Video Game Universes".
Bombora employees announced that they had completed its translation and had already sent it for editing.
"Spider-Man. Web of Video Game Universes" is a grand journey through the history of video games about the famous friendly neighborhood hero from Marvel comics: from the first experiments on Atari 2600 to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 on PlayStation 5.
The author examines not only the games themselves but also why this character has remained one of the most recognizable heroes of pop culture for over 60 years. Unfortunately, it is not yet known when pre-orders for the book will open.
