It seems Marvel is still searching for a new Rogue.
Odessa A'zion is still among the possible candidates for the role of Rogue in the upcoming 'X-Men' reboot. This was reported again by insider James Mac, who recalled that back in April, journalist Jeff Sneider spoke about Marvel's possible interest in the actress.
The reappearance of this information several months later may indicate that A'zion's candidacy is still on the studio's radar, despite recent reports of Marvel's possible interest in "Obsession" star Indi Navarrette. Navarrette has already confirmed that she met with the director of the new 'X-Men', Jake Schreier, but did not disclose details of the conversation.
Additionally, Margaret Qualley ("The Substance") was previously named as one of the possible candidates for the role of Rogue. Representatives of Marvel Studios have not yet commented on these rumors, so they should be treated with caution. The new 'X-Men' does not yet have an official release date.
