The developers have plans for PvE content.

Escape from Tarkov will soon add a seasonal system. With the launch of the first season, titled "Kord Breach," the developers will expand synchronization with the online shooter EFT: Arena — after the season begins, progress from "Arena" will be transferred to the seasonal PvP profile of the main "Tarkov."

This was not well received by fans of Escape from Tarkov's PvE mode. A user named GooseHuncho wrote on social media: "Nikita hates PvE. He said he was just sad that more people prefer to play PvE than with cheaters in PvP."

Battlestate Games boss Nikita Buyanov himself responded to this post and issued a refutation: "I didn't say anything like that."

He also added that the Escape from Tarkov developers have content planned for PvE players as well:

We are preparing a lot of unique content exclusively for PvE in future updates, and there will also be things that you can unlock only in PvE to then make them available in PvP. There will also be collaboration events. Chill out <3

The release of the update with the first season of Escape from Tarkov is expected soon. Earlier, the developers showed battle pass rewards and explained its mechanics.
