Joey Drew Studios to bring back the deleted Bendy's Nightmare Run to smartphones - teaser released

Developers are preparing a re-release of the mobile spin-off Bendy and the Ink Machine.

The mobile runner Bendy’s Nightmare Run will once again be available on iOS and Android on August 19, 2026. Joey Drew Studios first hinted at the game's imminent return in a teaser, and then revealed the exact date on its official website.

Bendy’s Nightmare Run is a mobile spin-off of Bendy and the Ink Machine. Players escape from drawn monsters, dodge traps, and throw items found in levels at enemies.

The game was originally released on iOS and Android in August 2018 under the title Bendy in Nightmare Run. Subsequently, the developers ceased its support and removed the project from the App Store and Google Play, so it is currently impossible to officially download the runner.

On August 19, Bendy’s Nightmare Run will return to stores under an updated name. Joey Drew Studios has not yet specified what exactly will change in the re-release: the developers have not talked about possible technical improvements, changes in content, or the monetization model. Pages for the new version in the App Store and Google Play have also not appeared at the time of publication.
