Netflix Reveals Cast for Koza, Pell, Chaka, and Toto in "One Piece. The Grand Line" Season 3

The "Alabasta Arc" adaptation will be released in 2027.

During One Piece Day '26, Netflix announced four more cast members for the third season of "One Piece. The Grand Line." Emilio Sakraya will play Koza, Omid Abtahi will play Toto, Jamie Ward will play Pell, and Nabil Khan will play Chaka.

Sakraya is known for "Rheingold" and the series "The Doomed to Glory," Abtahi starred in "The Mandalorian" and "American Gods," and Ward appeared in "The Gentlemen" and "His Dark Materials." Khan participated in the biographical drama "Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom."

The third season is subtitled "Alabasta Arc." Luffy and the Straw Hat crew will travel to Vivi's kingdom, where a rebellion is brewing, secretly orchestrated by Crocodile and the criminal syndicate Baroque Works. The pirates will try to help the princess stop the conflict and save Alabasta. Crocodile will be played by Joe Manganiello, and Charithra Chandran will return to her role as Vivi.

Filming for the third season concluded in June 2026 in Cape Town. New episodes will be released on Netflix in 2027; the exact premiere date has not yet been announced.
