Take-Two Granted Court Order to Request Data from X in GTA VI Leaks Investigation

The company is also trying to shake down Microsoft and Discord.

Take-Two has received court approval to subpoena the social network X as part of its investigation into the massive Grand Theft Auto VI leaks. The company intends to request information related to the @cyberleek_ar_io account, which is involved in the investigation.

Take-Two also sent a separate subpoena to Microsoft, attempting to obtain information about a OneDrive account allegedly used by Cyberleek, as well as Discord. The company intends to track digital footprints related to the publication of the leaks.

Discord previously stated that they had not received any notifications or subpoenas, and therefore are not involved in searching for hackers or leaking users' personal data. But that's for now.
