First time in 20 years: Warcraft III: Reforged gets a new campaign and update with improvements - Forsaken Kingdom trailer
At BlizzCon 2026 in September, rumors were confirmed that the developers are going to return to Warcraft III: Reforged. Today, a new DLC campaign will be released for the real-time strategy game.
It is called "Forsaken Kingdom" – the developers presented a gameplay trailer:
Forsaken Kingdom will offer players over 30 hours of gameplay. The developers also announced that they have prepared an update with improvements for Warcraft III: Reforged, which is available for free to all owners of the original game:
Forsaken Kingdom is an all-new game campaign that will take you to the final days of Lordaeron and introduce you to Undercity before it became known to millions. Play the most complete version of Warcraft III: Reforged with the Definitive Edition update, which improves graphics and boosts game performance.
The Forsaken Kingdom expansion for Warcraft III: Reforged is already on sale, and a "game + DLC" bundle is available for new players.
Coincidentally, earlier this year, an improved version of a fan-made Sylvanas campaign was released for Warcraft III.
