Detective adventure Mindcop with 95% positive reviews on Steam is being given away for free on mobile EGS

The mobile Epic Games Store has started a free giveaway of Mindcop – a non-linear detective adventure from developer Andre Gareis.

The game takes place in Camp Merrilyn Crater, where an employee was murdered. The detective has five days to solve the crime, and every movement, conversation, and examination of evidence takes time. The main character can delve into the minds of suspects to expose lies and uncover hidden secrets. Inside the characters' minds, the investigation turns into a match-three puzzle: collected combinations reveal new clues and topics for interrogation. The game features two endings, including an option where the killer cannot be identified.

The original version was released on Steam in 2024, where it received 94% positive reviews based on 413 user reviews.
