Ratchet & Clank Reaches Smartphones - Ranger Rumble Globally Released on Android and iOS

The free mobile spin-off offers six modes with PvP and PvE battles.

The global release of Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble on Android and iOS has taken place. The free-to-play hero shooter based on the Insomniac Games franchise was developed by the French studio Oh Bibi in collaboration with PlayStation Studios. Previously, the game was only available in a few countries, but now it has been released in other regions — the Russian segment of app stores being an exception, where Ranger Rumble is still unavailable.

According to the story, Captain Qwark launches a combat simulator to find a new generation of Galactic Rangers. Players choose characters with unique abilities and weapons and go into battle in six modes.

These include battle royale, 3v3 team matches, and PvPvE battles, where players must simultaneously fight other players for resources and fend off monsters and bosses. Ranger Rumble features both familiar heroes from the series and new Lombaxes, robots, and aliens.
