Cyberpunk 2077 Developers Revealed One of Kojima's Secrets - Death Stranding Creator Will Appear in the Anime "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2"
Earlier, the game designer intrigued fans with a story about several unannounced roles.
Hideo Kojima will appear in the second season of the anime "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners". CD Projekt RED confirmed that the creator of Metal Gear and Death Stranding will once again play Hideyoshi Oshima — the braindance director whom players could meet in Cyberpunk 2077:
"Recognize a familiar face, chooms? You might remember him from Konpeki Plaza during the 2077 heist. Now the renowned braindance director will reappear in Night City."
Apparently, this is one of the cameos Kojima talked about in early October on the KOJI10 program. At that time, the game designer admitted that he had starred in a major live-action film, voiced characters in two anime, and would appear in another video game. However, he did not reveal the names of the projects.
"Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2" will be released on Netflix on October 20. All ten episodes will be available simultaneously.
