PlayStation Prepares to Test MOBA About Gummy Bears. Will Gummy Bears Launch Succeed? — Job Posting
A new PlayStation job posting indicates that Gummy Bears, a multiplayer MOBA from teamLFG studio, is soon entering the pre-alpha phase.
teamLFG studio was officially introduced in May. It is the first internal project created on the basis of Bungie's incubation team during the restructuring. The game is positioned as a team action game with a light comedic-fantasy tone, combining ideas from fighting games, platformers, MOBAs, and life simulators.
Back in 2023, The Game Post reported the project's code name — Gummy Bears, which was later confirmed on the official PlayStation website. The game combines MOBA objectives with an arena combat system in the style of Smash, with percentage damage and knocking opponents off.
Now, a new job posting for a community management specialist for the game hints that the project is preparing for closed pre-alpha testing with community participation. Tasks include creating a community from scratch through Discord and other social networks, setting up channels, roles, moderation, planning events, and integrating bots.
Requirements:
- Experience in creating and managing Discord communities;
- Implemented rules and policies for interaction;
- Coordination of events and activities to engage users;
- Knowledge of social platforms and their integration with Discord;
- Working with bots and moderation tools to improve community management.
All these steps prepare the ground for the future unveiling of the project. If plans do not change, more information about Gummy Bears should be expected in the near future.
