Pocketpair has expanded the Palworld universe with a new project — Palworld: Palfarm. In the first official spin-off, the series' creatures will find themselves on a farm.
After the success of the original game, the developers are switching from shooter survival to a simulator of measured rural life. The project is currently being prepared for PC on Steam, the release date is still unknown.
In Palworld: Palfarm, players will go to an island where, together with Pals, they will cultivate the land, cook food, create items, and develop a farm. Each creature has unique abilities that simplify everyday tasks: watering, sowing, and harvesting. Interacting with the island's inhabitants and Pals through conversations and gifts will unlock access to special events and stories.
There will also be dangers — sometimes the farm will be attacked by hostile Pals, from which you will have to defend yourself. Players will be able to sell crops at the local market, engage in crafts, and mine rare items. The project supports multiplayer, allowing you to develop the farm together with friends.
Palworld: Palfarm aims to take a place in the cozy-farming segment alongside Stardew Valley and Story of Seasons, but thanks to the recognizable Pal characters and strong brand support from Pocketpair, it may gain a foothold in the niche.
