The strategy game Jurassic World Evolution 3 was released yesterday and immediately received rave reviews. The new installment in the Frontier Developments series has received high marks from the press and players.
The PC version has a score of 82 out of 100 on Metacritic, based on 14 reviews — the same score as the PlayStation 5 version.
Journalists noted that Frontier had taken into account the mistakes of previous installments. Jurassic World Evolution 3 is being called the best game in the series: the system for interacting with baby dinosaurs has been reworked, and new park customization tools have been added. One author wrote: "Any Jurassic period fan will finally be able to build the park of their dreams."
The downsides are bugs and sometimes strange AI behavior.
On Steam, 86% of reviews are positive. Players praise the young dinosaur mechanics and the campaign, but complain about freezes and the camera. The peak online reached 21,000 people.
