Not all fans of the ARPG franchise like Diablo 4, but they have an alternative. Fans are developing their own version of the second part.
The developers of Project Diablo 2 recently announced plans for Season 12. They decided to expand the system of bows and crossbows, and a variety of ammunition will appear in the game.
- For the bow: Crude Arrows, Sharp Arrows, Razer Arrows.
- For the crossbow: Light Bolts, Heavy Bolts, War Bolts.
Arrows will receive a bonus to maximum damage depending on their quality; bolts pierce the target's physical resistance.
Ammunition can have one or more sockets, and special crafting recipes and rune words are planned for them.
12 different versions of ammunition were made (6 arrows and bolts each), for example, the Tombsong arrow will be able to summon additional skeleton archers and give buffs; and Frozen Sorrow bolts will increase the effectiveness of cold skills, slow down targets, steal mana and give other bonuses.
