The game's localization issue is being addressed by the community.
High on Life developers have attracted the attention of players, but not everyone has been able to appreciate the comedy shooter due to the language barrier.
A user with the nickname AvramD offered a solution — presented a Russian translation for High on Life:
Unofficial Russification for High on Life and [add-on] High on Knife. Made "for myself", brought to release quality. Everything that is displayed in subtitles and the interface has been translated: plot/side quests, items, menu/"forum", lines in the cinema, etc. Separately, the lines that are not in the standard localization have been processed (hidden inside the assets): they are translated through safe override assets.
AvramD explained that the translation was done by a neural network with "subsequent manual editing (Glossary was used). The game has been completed several times to 100% (all achievements); the text has been checked "in battle".
