This achievement allowed him to complete the entire Dark Souls trilogy (Dark Souls 1, 2, and 3) using the saxophone, as well as Elden Ring without taking damage. In addition, Dr. Doot previously completed Bloodborne and Sekiro without dying using the same non-trivial control method.
