Arc Raiders Creators Started 2026 with a Nerf to Top Weapons - Struck a Blow Against Macros and Made Battles on Stella Montis More Intense
Now PvP enthusiasts will have to rethink their strategy.
The creators of Arc Raiders have introduced update 1.11.0. It aims to update one of the locations, and also includes sought-after nerfs.
The Kettle weapon has been nerfed - previously, some players with macros turned it into a "machine gun":
Rate of fire reduced from 600 to 450. The previous value was really only achievable for players using macros, which created an unfair advantage for those using third-party software.
The Trigger 'Nade (remote-detonated explosive) has also been nerfed - it is now less suitable for use as a grenade:
The damage area has been redistributed to focus damage closer to the center of the explosion and reduce it at greater distances. The delay between arming the grenade and detonating it has been increased from 0.7 seconds to 1.5 seconds, giving players more time to react and making it more difficult to accurately detonate the grenade in the air.
An exploit with keys that allowed them to be saved after use was also fixed, and on the night version of the Stella Montis map, the lighting in some areas was dimmed, so now "using flashlights and listening have become more relevant."
