Eva La Dare has announced that she has joined the cast of Tomb Raider: Catalyst. Fans suspected her voice in the trailer presented a month ago, to which the actress reacted on social networks: "Your ears did not deceive you!".
Eva did not reveal details about her character, limiting herself to the comment: "I can't say more yet, but I'm so glad to be part of this legendary franchise."
Eva La Dare is known for her role as Sheva Alomar in Resident Evil 5, as well as for voicing Elena in several installments of the Street Fighter series from Capcom. She joins Alix Wilton Regan, who now plays Lara Croft, replacing Camilla Luddington in this role.
Tomb Raider: Catalyst will be released in 2027 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC (Steam). The game takes place in Northern India after a mythical cataclysm that awakened ancient secrets and mysterious forces guarding them. Lara has to uncover the truth beneath the fractured landscape, outpace the most famous treasure hunters, and decide who can be trusted among allies and rivals.
