The roster of Deadlock heroes continues to gradually expand.
Valve continues to gradually grant access to new Deadlock characters. Recently, players gained access to a heroine named Silver:
[She] quickly deals with enemies — first entangling them with a bola and kicking them in the face, and then finishing them off with rapid fire from her shotgun. Whether she likes it or not, lycanthropy eventually takes its toll, and enemies bitterly regret being too close.
The Deadlock developers also introduced Venator:
Venator's biggest problem is choosing which weapon to use first. A hallowing grenade weakens enemies and prevents them from restoring health, while an enchanted trap holds them in place. A blast shot from a shotgun will knock back opponents who get too close, and when the time comes, the wrath of God will rid the world of evil once and for all.
Voting is currently underway for the next character — Apollo or Celeste will appear on Tuesday (depending on the community's choice).
