StarCraft strategy fans will also be able to get figures from JoyToy. Instead of Space Marines, Tyranids, and Eldar from Warhammer 40,000, they will get miniature Terrans, Zergs, and Protoss.
JoyToy has prepared quite an unexpected piece of news. It has announced its partnership with Blizzard Entertainment. In the future, the team intends to release miniature action figures of characters from the classic strategy universe of StarCraft.
The height of the collectibles will be approximately 10 cm. JoyToy employees will try to recreate the metallic texture of the Terran power armor, the biological details of the Zerg, and the advanced energy weapons of the Protoss.
It is not yet known when exactly pre-orders for the figures will open, how much they will cost, and when their release will take place, but the developers have published a teaser image showing the silhouettes of the new products.
Most likely, we should expect the appearance of a miniature Zergling, a Marine (James Raynor or Tychus Findlay), a Zealot, a Ghost, and something resembling a hybrid — a biological mixture of Zerg and Protoss.
