Marvel Unveils Bloody Teaser for "The Punisher: The Last Kill" Ahead of Release

Jon Bernthal returns as Frank Castle in the hour-long special.

Marvel Television has released a new teaser for the special episode "The Punisher: The Last Kill," with less than a week remaining until its premiere on Disney+.

While the first teaser focused on Castle's internal struggles, the new clip, posted on The Punisher's official account on Twitter/X, highlights brutal action – in it, Frank Castle unleashes a bloody rampage against his enemies. This confirms Marvel Television head Brad Winderbaum's statement that the special combines large-scale action with a more emotional and dark Punisher story.

"The Punisher: The Last Kill" will be the hero's first solo project since the Netflix characters transitioned into the main Marvel Cinematic Universe. The special episode received an adult TV-MA rating and a runtime of approximately one hour. Bernthal co-wrote the script with director Reinaldo Marcus Green, who previously worked with the actor on "King Richard" and the series "We Own This City."

"The Punisher: The Last Kill" premieres on Disney+ on May 12. Russian viewers will be able to see the special in cinemas starting May 16.
