This week, Tolkien fans longing for dwarves and "The Lord of the Rings" film trilogy will be able to pre-order the 27-centimeter "Gimli, Plains Hunter" statue from Weta Workshop.
Weta Workshop continues to delight fans of "The Lord of the Rings" film trilogy. According to the timer on the official website, on May 22, 2026, the team will open pre-orders for a 1/6 scale Gimli statue.
This collectible item from the "Classic Series", made of polystone and polyurethane, is 27 cm high, 21 cm wide, 21 cm deep, and weighs 1.75 kg.
Sculptor Jason Zhang captured the character in a memorable pose. The dwarf of Durin's royal line stands firmly on his feet. His expression is focused, his gaze fixed forward with quiet determination.
Every detail emphasizes a sense of aspiration and resilience. The craftsmanship is evident in the contrast of textures and materials. The statue is designed to look good both individually and alongside the "Legolas, Plains Hunter" and "Aragorn, Plains Hunter" figurines, forming a unified composition when displayed together.
It is not yet known how much this item will cost to pre-order, but statues from the "Classic Series" typically retail for $399 (28,877 rubles).
