Wreck Runners release date announced - extraction horror in the Bermuda Triangle
Players will have to complete missions for a "dubious" corporation.
Disruptive Games recently released a new trailer and announced the release date for Wreck Runners. The developers stated that their cooperative project combines extraction horror and physical chaos.
Players will be invited to venture into the mysterious Bermuda Triangle – "not a place where you survive alone" – to complete missions for the corporation.
The dubious, yet ever-smiling Trustwell Corporation sends Wreck Runners on “perfectly safe” missions into the Bermuda Triangle for strange loot. But instead, they are met by a cursed world that constantly shifts and is torn apart by the Fog, with ruins and monsters only hinting at much deeper mysteries.
Players in Wreck Runners will haul loot to their vehicle. The developers emphasize that everything is governed by physics – "every grab, every throw, and every desperate attempt to secure trophies as the world crumbles before your eyes."
You can add Wreck Runners to your Steam wishlist via this link. The release is scheduled for July 16, 2026. The game will be available not only on PC but also on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 consoles.
