The "China Enters the Game" expansion for the "Barrage" eurostrategy board game will be released in Russia

Pre-orders for the "China Enters the Game" expansion, which will add an alternative board for 2-4 players and a new company to the "Barrage" eurostrategy board game, are expected to open in Russia in August 2026.

Crowd Games publishing house employees announced that they will release "The China Challenge" – a new expansion for the "Barrage" eurostrategy board game – in Russian.

A new force is brewing in the heart of China: now the rivalry will move to the banks of the Yellow River – the mighty Huang He. Some will adapt to the changing landscape, while others will be swept away by the currents.

More precisely, the expansion adds Huang He to the project – an alternative board for 2–4 players, as well as a new company.

The terrain around the river transforms during the game: new objects and lakes change the usual course of the river, and distribution nodes direct water along a different route. Players will have to build, profit, and remain flexible.

China's power plants differ from each other and bring various bonuses when generating energy (they can be built in any order, choosing the desired effect). And Chinese pipelines are more powerful than usual. It will be possible to accelerate water flows and get victory points and credits from rivals.

Pre-orders for "China Enters the Game" are expected to open in August 2026. More detailed information regarding the expansion should appear later.
