
Full version of tactical extraction roguelike Quasimorph released on Steam after 3 years
Recently, Magnum Scriptum and HypeTrain Digital announced the release of the full version of Quasimorph 1.0. The project started in Steam's "early access" format several years ago.
In Quasimorph, the developers blended the spirit of cyberpunk, demons from space, and PMCs trying to profit from the Apocalypse. From a gameplay perspective, it's a turn-based RPG with extraction and roguelike elements. Players take on the role of an experienced private military company fighter: they will have to fight and manage a ship.
With the release of version 1.0, the creators of Quasimorph introduced many changes, added equipment and story content:
- RealWare storyline with 2 endings.
- AnCom storyline with 2 endings.
- 29 new guns, 2 new combined damage types, 2 deployable covers, 4 gas grenades.
- Reworked the virtual floor of the Lighthouse mission.
- Updated combat and economy balance, as well as some mechanics, for example, medicine – stabilization through bandages was strengthened, first aid kits were slightly weakened, and the duration of pills was increased.
- The game no longer breaks when using more than 50 mods.
The Quasimorph page on Steam is available at the following link. The game received "very positive" reviews, with an 83% rating after almost 7 thousand reviews. Until August 14, discounts will apply to the main game and the Supporter Bundle.
