Cosplayer Embodies Hood from Marvel Rivals - New York's Demonic Crime Lord

Cosplayer Taryn acquired the mystical boots and cloak of the demon Nishanti, then transformed into Hood from Marvel Rivals - a prominent figure in New York's criminal underworld and a supervillain.

On August 7th, a major update added a new playable character to the free-to-play multiplayer shooter Marvel Rivals – Parker Robbins, also known as Hood.

Professional cosplayer Taryn decided to celebrate this event. He published photos in which he appeared as this crime lord and former adventurer.

Parker Robbins has Puerto Rican roots, and his character is woven from contradictions: he is cynical, ambitious, and audacious, as well as obsessed with power, hiding a deep fear of weakness and vulnerability behind a mask of arrogance and impudence. At the same time, Hood cannot be called an absolutely evil character, because his motivation was initially based on protecting loved ones.

Parker Robbins's calling card is a long mystical dark red cloak with a hood that conceals his face in shadow. When using magic or under severe stress, his brown eyes begin to glow with an ominous red color, and during transformation, his body completely turns into a grotesque creation of darkness.
