Code Vein II to Add New Mode - Players Await Bosses from Mask of Idris

Code Vein 2 will receive a free Battle Rush Trials of Remembrance mode as part of Update 2.0. It will add battles with all main game bosses and several enemies from the Mask of Idris DLC.

Trials of Remembrance will be a challenge for players who have already completed the adventure. In the new mode, they will have to re-engage in battles with memorable bosses from the main game.

The main feature will be several enemies from Mask of Idris. Players will have to fight them without potentially useful tools and advantages provided by the expansion.

Update 2.0 will be released for free on September 9, 2026, simultaneously with Mask of Idris. The update and DLC will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. The expansion will also add a new world and a companion.
