News

Lots of new content and an updated mode will be added to the game soon.

The creators of the online shooter Escape from Tarkov: Arena continue preparations for the launch of the third season. Over the past few weeks, Battlestate Games boss Nikita Buyanov has published several teasers: the name of this season has become known, and it has also become possible to see content and a new tactical map.

The third season of EFT: Arena is named "Morbus Imperium", and with it, the "Laboratory Replica" map will be added, as well as a battle pass with rewards.

In addition, the reworked Blastgang 2.0 mode with an economy between rounds in the spirit of Counter-Strike should return. Recently, Nikita Buyanov showed the store from this mode:

In the upcoming update 0.6.0, Escape from Tarkov: Arena will feature a new Tactical map "Laboratory" — players can expect three floors, 56 unique rewards, many Easter eggs, and new challenges. Tokens can be obtained for kills with certain types of weapons and participation in matches, which can then be exchanged for rewards.

For the main Escape from Tarkov, an update is planned for September, which will add new competitive Leagues, an updated version of "Lighthouse", and rework access to the Watchman and his quests. The developers have not yet announced the exact release date of the update.
