First Look at the New Map and Enemies in Arc Raiders - Frozen Trail Update Revealed
Developers will expand the arsenal and introduce new threats.
The Embark Studios team presented the upcoming Arc Raiders update. It is called Frozen Trail and will offer players a lot of new content.
The game will feature the Pendola Pass map. According to the story, raiders have identified the source of a strange signal and are going on reconnaissance — an ARC-Emperor has fallen, and rare technology is stored within it.
On the map, the developers say, players can expect classic signs of an old-world civilization — a supermarket and a lifeless city square, as well as traces of the Exodus project (an observatory and a buried railway depot):
Towering over it all is the reason the Raiders have come to Pendola Pass — one of the [ARC] Emperors has fallen. Rare technology is hidden inside, and your task is simple — get there and find a way to get inside.
New ARC models were shown — Bully, Skulker, Hydra:
The game will feature an outpost that players can customize. Weapons can be upgraded to level five, and new models will appear: the Stiletto assault rifle with light ammunition; Bantam — a revolver with heavy ammunition, and also a grappling hook.

The Frozen Trail update for Arc Raiders is scheduled for release on October 8, 2026. This will be the largest update in the project's history.
