For some, the game isn't working very well.
The developers of the "Sparta 2035" tactic (or Sparta 2035) recently released a patch that was intended to eliminate some crashes.
They studied the feedback and offered a temporary solution to the crash problem:
We have analyzed several typical cases and see that some crashes are related to the load on the system during the game. Most often, this manifests itself on configurations where the load on the video card/memory during the game stays above ~70–80%. Unfortunately, there is no quick universal "one-button" solution right now — this requires improvements that we will make in the following updates.
Currently, players of "Sparta 2035" are offered a number of actions to make crashes stop or become less frequent:
- Lower the graphics preset to "Medium" or "Low"
- Disable anti-aliasing
- Limit FPS (for example, 60 / 45 / 30 — choose a comfortable value)
The developers note that the resolution almost does not affect these crashes: "changing 1080p/1440p, etc. usually does not solve the problem. It is the presets, anti-aliasing, and frame limit that work."
