Terraria 1.4.5 Update Isn't the Last - Teaser for the Next Update with New Features Appears

Project support continues for many years.

Recently, Terraria received another "final" update 1.4.5. Studio Re-Logic does not intend to stop support yet — work is underway on patches.

The developers will fix bugs, correct the balance and deliver new content. They plan to add several "long-requested items" (the list was not specified).

In addition, a new feature for construction is being tested in beta — a teaser was shown:

The authors of Terraria also noted that they have begun experiments to add official support for widescreen mode:

Unfortunately, widescreen mode currently violates many fundamental mechanisms of Terraria. Many adjustments are still required before it becomes a reality and meets our standards. We don't promise anything yet — but we are trying to understand whether it can be implemented well.
