While exploring TES IV: Oblivion Remastered, players encountered familiar technical issues and more.
After release, players in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered quickly discovered that many of the original's specific features remained in the game.
In a conversation with GamesRadar+, Todd Howard explained that this was intentional. Some bugs were very difficult to fix, and it was far from certain that players would even try to take advantage of them:

Separately, Todd Howard noted a blunder in the voice acting. In one scene, the actor began reading a line, then asked to do another take, and then repeated the phrase — all of this accidentally made it into the game:
You know what — it's okay. I even like it when there's a reservation in the voice acting. Yes, let such things remain. It's okay, it's part of the game's charm.
