"That's Not Even Armor": Lords of the Fallen II Developers Showed Revealing Female Armor That Reminded Some of Bikinis
Girls will be able to try on armor whose protective functions raise certain doubts.
The developers of Lords of the Fallen II continue to share various promotional materials. Recently, art featuring female armor sets went viral – the “armor” turned out to be very revealing.
A significant part of the girls' bodies in the presented art was exposed, and sometimes the look resembled a set of armored panties and an armored bra.
The developers captioned their announcement as follows:
You wanted daring. You wanted beauty. You wanted provocative. Behold – our 5 armor sets for female characters, created in collaboration with @BGroundNPC.
The video by blogger TheBackgroundNPC about these skins is available at the following link.
Users, like Glittering-Pin-1343, were delighted with the presentation:
Yes, I like both design options: the full “tank” [armored] and this one. Give me all options to choose from. I hate situations where the design is represented by only one of these directions.
However, not all gamers are happy with this armor design for female characters; some feel that it will negatively affect the atmosphere:
This looks like one of those stupid Korean mobile game ads.
Feel like there's been a HUGE tonal shift. There's nothing wrong with attractive characters, but LOTF has such an atmosphere that revealing bikini armor will ruin it.
That's not even armor [...] I'm here for dark fantasy, not bait for perverts.
