The creators of one of the worst games of the year, Code Violet, are developing three new projects

Before the release of Code Violet, some gamers considered this dinosaur shooter a kind of "Dino Crisis successor," but many who played it were ultimately not impressed. According to Metacritic, it is one of the worst games of 2026 – 29 out of 100 points from critics and 2.6 out of 10 from users.

TeamKill Media studio continues to work, and recently the developers reminded about themselves again. While communicating with a fan, they said that they are working on several projects at once:

We are currently working on three projects actually... which one you see first depends on many factors, but progress on all of them looks great. We can't tell you more about them yet. We plan to update everything to Unreal Engine 5.8 when that version is fully released (we think it will happen pretty soon) to take advantage of all the new technologies.

The studio intrigued players with the statement: "Soon you will see something crazy from us – and it will be very cool."

In another post, TeamKill Media studio confirmed that all these new products are being developed for the PlayStation 5 console:

All three projects are currently being developed on UE 5.7 for PS5, we will soon switch to UE5.8. We consider them next-gen: we think that two of them may be released as cross-gen projects along with the next PlayStation, and one will receive an update later. But everything depends on the development progress and how it coincides with the release of the new PlayStation.
