- Spot taken: Andy Serkis will not direct the new "Lord of the Rings" film by Stephen Colbert. The film will tell about Aragorn's hunt for Gollum and will be set between the events of "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogies.
- Deadly elf Anya Taylor-Joy will read "The Lord of the Rings" for the first time after getting a role in "The Hunt for Gollum". The actress admitted that as a child she considered it impossible to love Harry Potter and the Tolkien universe at the same time, but now intends to correct this oversight.
