The portable console Retroid Pocket Nova will become more expensive this week, so users who do not want to overpay 800 rubles should hurry to purchase the model with 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of internal memory, and a Qualcomm QCS8550 chip.

Retroid has prepared not the most pleasant news for gamers. It announced that due to the rising cost of Qualcomm chipsets and more, the Pocket Nova portable console model with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory will increase in price by $10 (800 rubles).

This change will come into effect on August 6, 2026. People planning to purchase this device should place an order before this date to secure the current price.

Currently, the Pocket Nova 8 GB + 128 GB can be purchased for $229 (18,325 rubles, colors — black, 16-bit, GameCube style), while variants with crystal, watermelon, transparent purple, or ice blue coloring are available for $234 (18,725 rubles).

This portable console features a Qualcomm QCS8550 chip, Adreno 740 GPU, a 4.5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 × 960 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a 5000 mAh battery, Android 13 OS, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
