Escape from Tarkov's Lighthouse map, Lightkeeper quests, and Icebreaker nerf have been revamped - update 1.1.5.0 released

Now the map has a BTR, no mines, and a new transition.

Escape from Tarkov developers have released a major update 1.1.5.0 for the game. They have reworked the Lighthouse map, fixed bugs and some quests, and added new tasks.

Now a BTR will patrol the Lighthouse. Its route has several variations that will cover the entire location, including access to the bridge to the peninsula and the territory of the sewage treatment plants.

• Loot distribution has been reworked: "Instead, Scavenger caches with their abandoned equipment have been added throughout the location."
• Underground communications have been added in the mountains, which should shorten the route to the exits in the southern part of the location.
• The marked room has been moved from the Lightkeeper's peninsula, Prapor's camp has also changed its location.
• A transition point to the Icebreaker has appeared. The hovercraft stops at the pier near the holiday homes.
• Anti-personnel mines and stationary weapons have been removed from the territory of the sewage treatment plants, and open areas of the location along the main road have been reworked to provide more cover and routes.

The quest chain for access to the Lightkeeper has been reworked; now, to get the first quest from the "Into the Light" chain, you need to:

• Gain access to the Lighthouse location as part of the "Tour" story;
• Have loyalty level 3 with all traders except the Flea Market and Ref;
• Ask Mechanic about the possibility of cooperation with the Lightkeeper.

Some of the Lightkeeper's quests have been reworked, and a number of tasks related to the Lighthouse have been changed and new ones added.

The rules for transitioning to the Icebreaker have changed — now payment in rubles is not required, but a one-time marine vessel repair kit "Sudak-tudak" is needed. The new item can be obtained by completing the Flea Market's quest "Passing through!". After its completion, a special type of operational tasks with "Sudak-tudak" repair kits as a reward will open.

Icebreaker farming has been nerfed — the amount of experience gained for eliminating Wedge, his retinue, and Black Division fighters in this location has been reduced.
