Some players have questions about certain mechanics.
Players are gradually mastering the content in Borderlands 4 and noticing problems. The dissatisfied have questions not only about optimization, but also about the creative decision regarding the work of world bosses.
One of the community members started a discussion about the "barriers" within which the battle with such bosses takes place. The rule applies: go beyond the barrier - you lose, the boss disappears:
"I would understand if you couldn't attack from the other side of the barrier. I would understand if you had a limited time to get back into the fight. But as it is, if one player barely manages to slip outside the barrier, the boss disappears forever, without the possibility of returning and continuing the fight. This is incredibly awful, and it's very easy to make a mistake in an unfamiliar location during a fierce battle. I'm not the only one this has happened to."
rW0HgFyxoJhYka believes that this is a major oversight on the part of the developers, due to insufficient / poor-quality testing:
"Yes, the fact that the game doesn't tell you \"STAY INSIDE THE BARRIER\" just shows how bad the game information design is for the player.
....How did their QA department miss so many bugs in the game's quests and locations? The inventory is simply impossible to figure out. Flying out of the world boss zone and instantly losing is just stupid."
