Delta Force developers are exploring various ways to mitigate the damage caused by cheaters. Now they have revealed exactly how the compensation system works for unfair losses in PvPvE mode.
Delta Force offers compensation to players affected by cheaters in "Operations" mode. To receive compensation, two conditions must be met: you must be eliminated by a cheater who completed the match, and the cheater themselves must receive a 10-year ban. Only then does the security system return the lost gear.
The list of returned items includes all equipment from the gear slots — weapons, attachments, helmets, body armor, backpacks, and rigs. Consumables and inventory contents are excluded. Everything is returned in the same condition via in-game mail, usually within one to three business days after the violator is blocked.
Compensation does not depend on complaints — it is issued automatically, regardless of whether the player reported the violator. However, the system ignores gear evacuated by allies and does not restore what the player voluntarily hid in containers during the match. Also, a return is possible even if you leave the match early after being killed by a cheater — provided the basic conditions are met.
The developers emphasize that the delay in issuing compensation is due to the need for accurate data verification. If the compensation letter does not arrive within 3 business days, players are encouraged to contact support, providing details about the match.
G.T.I. Security assured that it is working on improving the process and urged players not to lose faith in fair play.
