Monument Valley 3 has returned to smartphones six months after being removed from the Netflix Games catalog. The re-release is accompanied by the release of The Garden of Life expansion, which includes four new chapters.
ustwo games has brought Monument Valley 3 back to iOS and Android. Along with the re-release comes a major expansion, The Garden of Life, adding four new chapters with unique puzzles and gameplay mechanics.
Originally, Monument Valley 3 was released in December 2024 exclusively in the Netflix Games catalog, but in the summer of 2025, it was removed along with more than two dozen other projects. Now the game returns as an independent premium release — without ads or microtransactions.
In the triquel, players control Nur, a lighthouse keeper's apprentice, who embarks on a journey through a world of changing architecture and rising tides to restore light to the ruined lands. As before, the gameplay is based on rotating platforms, changing perspective, and solving spatial puzzles inspired by the works of M. C. Escher.
The game costs 499 rubles in the App Store and Google Play. The first two chapters are available for free, but at release, users encountered technical problems: some lose sound, while the game does not start at all or crashes after a few seconds for others. Judging by the reviews, failures are more often observed on devices running Android, which is why the project's rating in Google Play has dropped to 2.7 stars, while in the App Store, the user rating remains at 4.7.
