The "Volcano" update will be released on December 9 at 21:00 Moscow time. A new map with unique mechanics, events, enemies, and bosses will be added to the game. On it, the player will be able to hire demonic squads and build a strategy around a deal with the Lord of the Inferno. All content will be free.
The developers talked about the improvements: new units, reworked advisors, 19 artifacts and discounts from merchants. It will be easier to build builds in the game — additional rerolls are available, blueprints can be excluded from rewards, and buildings and artifacts are now tied to specific maps.
The update includes a rework of morale: buildings give passive bonuses, and the Tavern reduces wine consumption by 50% and increases morale from supplies. The merchant will offer one item at a discount, and some advisors will increase it up to a free item.
The kingdom will receive four new buildings for warriors: Lizard Stump, Paladin Yard, Barbarian Tent, and Minotaur Camp. Assistants will be added to the Council: Moralina, Basket with wings, Doctor, and Gold Seeker. At high levels of difficulty, some modifiers will be weakened and the influence of dark rituals will be reduced.
