Resident Evil Requiem was recently released on consoles and PC. Although the game is protected by Denuvo, tech enthusiasts now have an alternative way to combat the formidable DRM.
A hacker with the nickname Kirigiri's announced the "hack" of Denuvo in Resident Evil Requiem on the day of release — using the popular "hypervisor" method, he bypassed the protection system.
Kirigiri's is currently conducting a beta test of the Resident Evil Requiem "crack" in closed mode. At the moment, the cracked version only runs on PCs with AMD processors.
To run the "crack" created with the help of the "hypervisor", the player needs to disable the protective systems of the PC. This creates great risks for the system.
Fraudsters will be able to take advantage of the popularity of Resident Evil Requiem, for example, in the near future they may start distributing a "100% working Resident Evil Requiem hack".
