This time, players are taken to the Moon:
The Moon, specifically Lovell City, is a key UN territory. It is large enough to host extensive infrastructure and is strategically important for space missions.

The developers noted that the Moon serves as a neutral diplomatic platform where representatives of different factions meet under low-gravity conditions — "all of this makes it one of the main political centers of the Solar System".
