Bloodborne creators showcased The Duskbloods and announced a summer playtest

Players will be able to evaluate the dark PvPvE project before its full release.

At the recent Nintendo presentation, a trailer for The Duskbloods project was shown, developed by FromSoftware, creators of titles like Dark Souls and Elden Ring.

In the new promo, the game's creators showcased several characters and locations. From a gameplay perspective, The Duskbloods is a multiplayer PvPvE. Events will unfold in a dark fantasy world, with some scenes reminding fans of Bloodborne – a famous game by FromSoftware.

The Duskbloods will be exclusively available on the Nintendo Switch 2 console, with a known release window of 2026. This summer, the developers plan to conduct a closed network test. They have not yet announced what content they plan to present during this playtest.

Elden Ring Nightreign hasn't received updates for a long time, and there are rumors in the community that FromSoftware is currently preparing another new game. It is claimed that in this dark action-RPG, players will be able to travel between islands and will have a ship-base. The studio itself has not yet made such announcements.
