Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 to be separated from Call of Duty HQ launcher soon
Preparations for the launch of the modern Modern Warfare 4 continue.
Activision recently warned players that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be separated from the Call of Duty HQ launcher on July 7. The shooter will be available to launch as a standalone game.
Previously, Black Ops 6 was integrated into CoD HQ, like many other games in the franchise. This year, a new Call of Duty installment, Modern Warfare 4, will be released in late October — it will be the "main game" in the launcher.
Activision previously released a game trailer: according to the plot, North Korea begins a full-scale invasion that threatens to destabilize the entire world.
In Modern Warfare 4, developers will bring back the DMZ mode, where players will operate behind enemy lines as unofficial agents: "each raid with evacuation in disputed territory forces difficult decisions - what objectives to pursue, what to take with you, and when to leave."

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has a separate page on Steam, where players can post their reviews. The shooter has "mixed" reviews, with a rating of 43% — users complain about matchmaking issues (explained by many having moved to the current Black Ops 7), and there are also reports of crashes.
