Most likely, we are talking about additional outfits for Logan.

According to the official ESRB rating, Marvel's Wolverine will be a completely single-player adventure without any multiplayer modes, but a detail found in the description raised questions among players.

The ESRB classification repeatedly mentions "In-Game Purchases." This labeling is usually used for projects with the ability to purchase additional content after buying the game, which led to speculation about the presence of microtransactions.

At the same time, the game itself received an adult rating due to the abundance of violent scenes. The description mentions dismemberment, severed limbs, nudity, profanity, and other materials intended for an adult audience.

However, the presence of the "In-Game Purchases" mark does not mean that players will face full-fledged microtransactions. The most likely scenario is the sale of additional costumes or other cosmetic items for Logan.

It is important to note that a similar mark was present in the rating of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, also developed by Insomniac Games. In the end, there were no microtransactions in the game: the mark only referred to the ability of standard edition owners to later purchase an upgrade to the Digital Deluxe Edition with additional costumes and bonuses.
